How do I schedule a tour of the community?
You can schedule a tour online through our website, through our listing partner sites, or by calling the leasing office and we’ll be happy to help you set up a visit.
Do you have virtual or self-guided tours available?
We offer virtual tours! Just give us a call or submit your information online and we will schedule it.
What are your Leasing Office hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Household gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant (18+). Application fees are non-refundable.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$200 administrative fee per unit.
Do you require a Security Deposit? If so, how much? Maximum Deposit
Yes. Security deposits start at $300 and may increase based on screening results.
Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent (maximum: 1.5x one month’s rent).
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept qualified guarantors. Additional requirements and documentation may apply—please contact the leasing office for details.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No. Subletting and lease transfers are not permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout your lease term. Please contact the leasing office for the minimum coverage requirement.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee is assessed after the 4th of the month, plus $10 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full (per lease terms).
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
We accept the following payment options:
• Online payments through the Resident Portal
• Cashier’s checks
• Money orders
What utilities are required in the rent?
Utilities are paid via third party company based on usage with Conservice.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Apartments include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Selected units come with in unit washer & dryer.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
Not at this time.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
We do not currently offer package lockers. Delivery policies may vary by carrier—please contact the leasing office with questions.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. We have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance support.
For non-emergency requests, submit a service request through the Resident Portal or contact the leasing office. For emergencies, please call the after-hours line.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes! We host community events—watch for announcements and community updates.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
Not at this time.
